Connect Whatsapp Business
with LaunchResto
Connect your WhatsApp Business account and start engaging with your customers, sharing updates, taking orders and providing support.
Download the WhatsApp Business app or create an account on Meta Business Suite if you don't have one.
Get Started ↗Add your business name, category, address, description, website and business hours.
Add and verify your business phone number. This number will be used for all WhatsApp communications.
Go to Meta Business Suite and apply for WhatsApp Business API access for your business.
Go to Meta Business Suite ↗Once approved, copy your Access Token, Phone Number ID and WhatsApp Business Account ID.
Go to your LaunchResto Dashboard and navigate to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp Business.
Enter your Access Token, Phone Number ID and WhatsApp Business Number in the respective fields.
Click on "Save & Connect". We will verify your credentials and link your WhatsApp Business account.
Send a test message from your WhatsApp Business number to ensure everything is working properly.
You can now send order confirmations, delivery updates, offers and respond to customer queries on WhatsApp.
