Step-by-Step Guide
You must have a PayPal Business account to receive payments through LaunchResto.
Create PayPal Business AccountGo to the PayPal Developer Dashboard and log in with the same PayPal Business credentials.
Go to Developer DashboardAfter logging in, go to Dashboard → Apps & Credentials from the left menu.
Click on Create App and give your app a name (e.g. LaunchResto Payments) and create it.
Select Live mode to accept real payments from your customers. (Use Sandbox only for testing.)
Copy the below details and keep them safe. You will need them in the LaunchResto dashboard.
Go to LaunchResto Settings → Payments Integrations → PayPal and paste your Client ID and Client Secret. Then click Save & Connect.
Place a test order on your restaurant website using PayPal and verify if the payment is received in your PayPal account and the order appears in LaunchResto dashboard.
Never share your PayPal API credentials publicly. Only add them in the secure LaunchResto dashboard.
